The primary focus of this position is to partner with Chatham’s accounting consultants in numerous capacities including preparing and reviewing client analyses, managing the processes related to generating and reviewing period-end accounting deliverables for clients, and assisting with the testing of proprietary hedge accounting technology. A successful operational specialist will have the ability to drive efficiency, automation and influence future technology enhancements. The position will be based in either our Denver Office or Kennett Square Office and the person in this role will work with consultants across both office locations

Our Singapore team is growing and looking to hire an Analyst, Financial Risk Adviser. As a financial risk adviser focusing on the Japanese market, you will collaborate with two more experienced Japanese colleagues in managing engagements and client relationships.

As a Data Consultant specializing in institutional real estate clients, you will play a pivotal role in solving complex loan reporting, data management, and portfolio analytics challenges. You will work alongside leading real asset investors using our proprietary technology platform, ChathamDirect, to address these challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to review and extract data from various types of real estate source documents such as loan agreements and promissory notes, leases and rent rolls, income and expense statements, capital expenditure reports and balance sheets. In addition to your work with real estate source documents, you will also maintain a working knowledge of database management tools and techniques. You will use your expertise to ensure that data is complete, accurate, and timely, with a focus on enabling clients to more confidently assess risk, manage investments and report financials.

The Client Success Manager is the first point of contact for our commercial real estate clients utilizing the ChathamDirect platform. You will take the lead in answering their questions and solving functional issues and ultimately ensuring success within the platform. For technical or advisory related issues, you will coordinate with the appropriate Chatham employees to deliver timely resolutions. Front-end support and client satisfaction are the primary focus, while process improvement and internal communication are strong secondary focuses. Opportunities exist to expand the responsibilities of this role, particularly in client success.

We seek to enhance the regulatory team supporting our Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure businesses with a role specializing in in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating the derivative agreements that govern the relationships between our clients and their dealer bank counterparties.  These documents may include the Master Agreements developed by the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA), ISDA Definitions, ISDA Credit Support Annexes, trade confirmations, clearing agreements, futures agreements, foreign exchange agreements, regulatory documents, and other related documentation.

We seek to enhance our Financial Services team in Kennett Square with a role specializing in derivative process management for interest rate, foreign currency, and equity transactions for our growing base of financial services clients. The role is a key part of our solutions team and is charged with the daily processing of new and amended derivative contracts, affirming payments, and initiating collateral transfers in proprietary and third-party systems.

Our technology team is made up of a team of Software Engineers, Testers, DevOps Engineers, Security Engineers, UX Designers, Quantitative Analysts and Data Base Analysts. We build software for our clients that range across multiple sectors and industries as well as tools for our internal users to help them better serve our clients. Our team is a global team located in four different countries and multiple time zones. We interact daily with each other as well as our key business stakeholders to ensure quality and speedy delivery of our product offerings.

We are currently looking for a Head of Data & Analytics who will take overall ownership of Chatham Financial' s data assets and enterprise data science capabilities. As the Head of Data & Analytics, you will be empowered to organize, engage and lead a team of data and technology professionals with a shared vision, roadmap and accountability around the data lake, engineering, data architecture, standardization, governance, enablement, science, and ultimately productization. You will be a technically-capable executive with an ability to lead functions such as data engineering and data science. You will need to be able to engage credibly with the broader Technology function at Chatham.
