As a Lead Engineer on our Capital Markets team, you will lead a project team of engineers working on our Derivative Valuations platform.  Providing accurate and timely derivative valuations at scale is foundational to our business. In this role, you will be helping to build models and tools that help us accurately value, review and support valuations for Interest Rate, FX and Commodity derivatives.  Solutions include both internal valuations models and tooling to support operational teams.

As the Lead Engineer of our hedge accounting platform, you will be leading a dynamic team of software engineers and testers, working on the advancements of our unique proprietary software, ChathamDirect. In this role you will be responsible for building out new SaaS Products from the ground up, and modernizing our best-in-class hedge accounting system that supports over 1,200 clients globally. The product enables our clients to effortlessly account for their derivative portfolio using the most sophisticated and robust methodologies in the industry, while quickly closing their financial statements in accordance with both U.S. and international hedge accounting standards.

The Learning Project Manager is an individual contributor who will help Chatham employees thrive as a member of the Learning and Development function within the People team. They are responsible for project management for the L&D team and for organizing and implementing Chatham’s core learning and development programs. L&D at Chatham is currently an emerging program, so you’ll also have the opportunity to create processes and systems to implement and scale learning programs across the company. Conduct analyses for our clients to identify sources of financial risk and provide mitigation strategies

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, communication, and administration of compensation programs, including base salary and incentive programs, as well as policies and procedures for all of our US and international geographies. This will support the annual compensation cycle, compensation projects and may lead projects independently, as assigned. This position is also responsible for in-depth analysis of internal and external compensation data, partnering with and providing consultative guidance to HRBPs, business managers, and executives on compensation related matters, working with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives, developing solutions to compensation situations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws/regulations impacting compensation practices and philosophy. This position reports to the Director of People Operations & Total Rewards.

Global Real Estate’s hedging advisory teams continue to see robust interest rate and FX hedging transaction volumes. As a result, we are looking to hire Transaction Operations Specialists. This role will focus on processing trades in our proprietary systems and managing pre and post trade documentation processes for our interest rate and foreign currency hedging services. The purpose of the role is to continuously improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our hedging operations as we serve clients with excellence both before and after transactions are executed.
