Matt O’Leary

Matt joined Chatham Financial as general counsel. Prior to Chatham, Matt was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Titanium Metals Corporation (TIMET), a globally integrated supplier of titanium alloy products to the aerospace industry. Before TIMET, Matt worked in private practice as an associate at Perkins Coie LLP focusing on corporate securities and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a BS, JD and MBA from the University of Colorado.
