Frank Kaminski

Frank is a member of the Internal Services group and directs all tax matters for Chatham. He has over 20 years of tax experience at both public companies and Big 4 accounting firms; most recently heading the tax aspects related to international expansion and mergers & acquisitions for MBNA. Frank has a BS from Purdue University, a JD from The Dickinson School of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from Villanova Law School. He is an attorney and a CPA.
