Tim works in Chatham’s Hedge Advisory group advising private real estate companies in the western US. Before joining Chatham, Tim spent 13 years at Somera Capital Management specializing in real estate acquisitions and finance. He holds a BA in economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Graziadio School at Pepperdine University.
