Steve Bolhouse

Steve is part of the Accounting Advisory Team and primarily serves our public real estate industry advising clients on valuations and accounting for derivatives and hedging activities. He has also work with Chatham’s internal finance and private real estate teams. Prior to joining Chatham, Steve worked in Finance and Operations roles with Physiotherapy Associates, Agilent Technologies, Johnson Controls, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Steve graduated from Calvin College with a BA in Business Administration and holds an MS in Industrial Administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
