Mark Henderson

Mark is a member of the Business Innovation team, which works with business teams to identify strategic business opportunities, and develop new products and services for Chatham. Mark also leads Chatham’s Valuation Solutions team, which specializes in Derivative, Debt, and Asset Valuation. Since 1987, he has been active in risk management advisory and valuation by managing derivatives portfolios, helping clients use derivatives to manage foreign currency and interest rate risk, and helping them navigate the associated accounting and regulatory environment. Before joining Chatham, Mark managed corporate relationships in the Media Sector as Vice President of ABN AMRO’s Equity Research Desk. As a derivatives marketer for Bank of Boston (now Bank of America), he managed transactions on behalf of corporate clients and structured derivatives for sale to institutional investors. Mark has also managed assets and liabilities as part of the Treasury division of five New England regional commercial banks. He received a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business. Mark is a CFA charter holder, and a member of both the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
