Luke Zubrod

Luke leads Chatham’s government and regulatory advisory team, advising public and private companies on OTC regulations. In this role, Luke provides advice and recommendations to various Congressional and committee staff, and to staff of various regulatory agencies, including the CFTC, SEC, and Federal Reserve. Previously, Luke led Chatham’s advisory practice to U.S. public real estate companies. Luke has been in Chatham’s hedge advisory group for nine years advising real estate, corporate and financial institution clients. Before joining the public real estate team Luke served on Chatham’s financial institutions team serving regional and community banks in managing their interest rate risk and implementing loan-level hedging programs for their borrowers. Prior to joining Chatham, Luke worked as a management consultant at Deloitte. Luke graduated with Honors from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance and was a member of the University Scholars Program.
