Karla Pegrem

Karla is a member of the Hedge Advisory team focusing on transaction operations for Chatham’s private real estate clients. Prior to joining Chatham, Karla was employed by Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC for 5 ½ years as a Senior Closing Coordinator handling closings for various real estate transactions involving securitized loans. Karla brings to Chatham over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 9 years with PNC Real Estate Finance and 8 years with Meridian Bancorp.
