Jonathan Hirshey

Jonathan is a member of Chatham Capital Advisors, having joined the team in January 2010. He focuses on debt capital raising and re-structuring, and business development nationwide. For 6 years prior to joining Chatham, Jonathan structured and originated securitized and syndicated mortgage loans and mezzanine debt at Eurohypo AG, the German commercial real estate bank. Jonathan’s clients included New York-based publically traded REITs, opportunity funds and private equity firms. Before joining Eurohypo, Jonathan practiced law as a real estate finance attorney in the New York offices of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Kaye Scholer LLP where he primarily represented CMBS lending platforms. He graduated from Penn State University with Distinction, and received his JD, cum laude, from Temple University.
