Joe Nowicki
Joe works in Chatham’s Hedge Advisory group managing client relationships and leading business development efforts for private real estate companies. His Chatham experience has focused on strategy, structuring and execution of interest rate and foreign exchange hedging. Prior to joining Chatham Joe was a carrier-based Naval Flight Officer and flight instructor in the U.S. Navy. Joe graduated with Distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Systems Engineering and holds an MS in Management from Troy State University. He is a member of ULI, NAIOP and ICSC.
