Clark Maxwell

Clark leads Chatham’s Accounting Advisory team, which advises clients on valuations and accounting for derivatives and hedging activities. Prior to joining Chatham, Clark was a Manager with Ernst & Young, where he served as a FAS 133 subject matter expert and specialized in audits of financial institutions. Prior to E&Y, he worked at the Financial Accounting Standards Board on the development of FAS 133. Clark is a CPA and received his BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, and MAcc from Brigham Young University.
