Brian Conly

Brian leads Chatham’s private real estate hedge advisory team specializing in the areas of interest rate and foreign currency risk management advisory. During his ten years at Chatham, Brian has advised real estate and corporate private equity sponsors on the structuring and implementation of risk management programs totaling over US 500 billion in hedged notional. Brian graduated with Distinction from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Biochemistry and an MBA in Finance.
