Andrew Thornfeldt

Andrew is a member of Chatham Capital Advisors assisting real estate clients with capital raising and restructuring. Since joining the team in January of 2006, he has helped real estate clients raise over $1.9 billion in capital to meet a variety of needs, including mortgage debt, mezzanine debt, and equity. Additionally, he has worked on restructuring and bankruptcy transactions totaling more than $2.5 billion. Andrew has expertise in office, retail, hospitality and industrial assets. Andrew graduated from Wheaton College, Illinois with a BA in Business and Economics.
