Capital Raising 

Since its inception in 2005, Chatham Capital Advisors has executed over $5.0 billion in debt and equity transactions in a wide variety of roles.  Chatham Capital Advisors leverages our deal flow knowledge, relationships, and expertise to ensure that each transaction is structured, marketed, negotiated, and closed effectively. We have arranged and executed first mortgage debt, tax-exempt financing, secured credit facilities, DIP loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity.
